Amy Winehouse Neighbours Seek To Evict Her | Brit Singer Punches Yet Another Fan

Is Amy Winehouse a singer? I have to ask because I very rarely get to actually write anything about her as a singer these days. Instead, the only reason she’s in the news is due to drinking, taking drugs, refusing to go to rehab, and punching fans.
And here’s another one of those stories. This time, she’s been accused of punching yet another fan, this time in a pub close to her home, and her neighbours are threatening to have her evicted from her house due to the constant partying, and mayhem her presence causes.
First of all we have the alleged punching incident, with salesman Wayne Lindsay claiming that Winehouse punched him three times in an unprovoked attack. Lindsay claims that he was sitting in the Dublin Castle pub in Camden when Winehouse turned towards him and hit him in the face repeatedly.
The Telegraph report him as saying:
“She was wild. She just flipped. It was as if she had voices in her head.”
“Amy stormed out immediately afterwards. I was really angry she thought she could get away with it. But I let it go. I’m not an aggressive person. Amy was in no fit state to put up a fight. She looked out of it. It as as if she was in another land. She looked really unwell and quite frail. She seems unable to control herself.”
However, a spokesperson for the singer claimed it was a case of mistaken identity, with the singer retaliating after she had her bum groped. But even if that is the case, you can’t just attack someone and expect to get away with it as Winehouse seems to have done.
This comes just a couple of weeks after Winehouse was caught on video punching a fan during her Glastonbury festival set. She was also arrested in April after several men claimed she had assaulted them during a heavy night out. So she makes a habit of it.
She also seems to make a habit of partying at her £700,000 rented house in North London, or at least according to her neighbours. They are trying to get her evicted for turning the once quiet neighbourhood in to an area of mayhem.
According to Digital Spy, one neighbour said:
“This place used to be a nice, quiet area until Amy moved in. She’s nothing but trouble and every night she is partying. If she’s not inviting friends around to live it up she is starting fights. A lot of us have complained to the council but we’ve been told we need evidence of any wrongdoing.
“I’ve already filmed some of the trouble Amy has caused on my video camera and I’ll be handing it over to the council to have a look at. Hopefully something can be done.”
You can’t really blame the neighbours either, as they will have experienced paparazzi constantly camped outside Winehouse’ home, fights happening, and fellow drug addict celebrity friends like Pete Doherty visiting on a regular basis. If I lived next door to her, I’d be trying to get her to leave as well.
Winehouse desperately needs to stop all of this crap in her personal life, which is completely overshadowing her music career. Maybe I should stop falling in to the trap that the tabloid newspapers are setting, and reporting all of this stuff?
