I’m kind of in love with Lily Allen. Not as much as Kate Nash, but still quite a lot, in a non-stalky threatening way. I think it may be her third nipple, or maybe just the fact that she’s a kick ass British singer with a great voice and attitude to boot.
She recently covered ‘Don’t […]

I seem to have spent the 3 months I’ve been writing this blog talking mainly about 2 things; One is Amy Winehouse after her many drug and relationship problems, the other is the series of British bands who seem to be reforming lately.
First there were Britpop legends The Verve, then came Led Zeppelin, and […]

You’ve probably already seen this advert for Cadburys Dairy Milk chocolate, either on television in the UK, or via the multitude of emails flying around with it attached.
It shows a giant gorilla sitting at a drum kit listening intently to the start of Phil Collins hit ‘In The Air Tonight’. And then when the […]

This blog is all about the British Music Scene right? Yes, but that doesn’t mean I sit in a room all day just listening to British bands and singers, in fact I love a lot of American music as well as other countries musical output. So I thought I’d share a video which proves that […]

You all remember Kajagoogoo right? What do you mean no? Well for those who weren’t around in the 80s or just stayed away from cheesy pop, they were a group lead by Limahl, he of the big stupid looking multi-coloured hair. This picture of them should jog your memory, and may even give you nightmares.
Their […]
