Help Shape The Future Of Brit Music Scene

Brit Music Scene has now been up and running for over a year, and in that time has hopefully given you the best news, reviews, and features about the British music scene. But everything has to evolve or die and so I need feedback from my readers on which direction this blog should go in the future.
You’ve read my views on British music for the last twelve months but I now need you to give me your views on Brit Music Scene. What do you want to see more of and less of? Does Amy Winehouse get too much coverage or not enough? Do you want factual news or opinion-based editorials?
To help shape the future of this blog, simply leave a comment with any feedback, good or bad. What do we do well, and what do we do badly? Is there a certain artist you think should be covered more in-depth?
Would you like to see more reviews on the site? How about more music videos? Do you prefer short and to the point news snippets or a more studied recounting of a news story? Do you think I suck?
I will read each and every comment left on this post as I do every comment left on all posts. While I can’t guarantee to please everyone, your opinion counts and will help me tweak the nature and thrust of this blog over the next year and beyond.

Hi Dave
I’ve been reading your stuff all over the web for the last couple of years. No, I’m not a stalker, you just seem to turn up everywhere!
Your writing has definitely got better recently. To be honest, I’d cut down a little on the Amy Winehouse stories and topical regurgitation (which I’m guilty of too) and maybe do a few more retrospectives looking at what’s great about British music and who the best acts from each decade are, etc.
The quality of writing is brilliant, and I’m a repeat visitor to BMS as you know. I hope you get plenty of feedback and look forward to your blogs going from strength to strength!
