Is Lily Allen About To Do A Britney Spears?

Lily Allen could be about to do a Britney Spears. In other words, go partying every night, think she’s invincible, think everyone loves her and shave her head.

Okay, forget that last one, but otherwise it seems Britain’s own Lily could be heading down the path of habitual screw up Britney Spears.

Friends are said to have started worrying about her health after a series of knocks in the last few months. First of all she split up with long term boyfriend Seb Chew, who was seen as a stabilising influence on the young pop star. Then she lost her Visa and had to cancel her big US tour.

Now, after becoming a bit of a party animal, she has dumped her record company, falsely believing the world is her oyster and she can make it on her own.

It seems that everyone who started to express concerns about her career and personal life direction found themselves fired within days. As well as her record company she has now dispatched with her accountant and live booking agent. Oh dear.

A friend of Lily told the Sunday Mirror:

“Seb was a stabilising influence on Lily. Since they broke up, she’s been living it up. She’s lost weight because she has been putting partying before eating.”

“Her management were worried - then she axed them. She believes that she can make it alone. But she’s living in cloud cuckoo land. Record execs had big plans for Lily to crack the US, but she pulled out of one tour because she was homesick. Then she lost her visa because of her boasts about taking drugs. Now she’s on her own.”

It seems this girl from next door who has always been an advocate for non-skinny non-size zero weights has also been neglecting to eat of late. Pals say she has rapidly dropped from a size 14 to a size 10. Why Lily? You looked gorgeous before!

I’ve got no idea what she’s playing at. It seems that when Britain has a female singer on the verge of cracking America, they crack up themselves and start acting all weird. Lily, take a look at Amy Winehouse and stop the slide before it’s too late.
