Spice Girls Manchester Shows Announced
The Spice Girls have finally decided to break out of their self imposed London exile by announcing two shows at the Manchester MEN Arena.
I always thought it a bit strange how the girls had scheduled 17 shows at the London 02 Arena, but had failed to give any fans in the rest of the UK a chance to see them play live in a local setting. Well that is now changing, as the girls prepare to travel up the country.

Apparently, fans had flocked the Spice Girls website demanding they play outside of the capital, and now on January 23 and 24 the five some will play in Manchester.
Tickets go on sale at 10am on Friday October 26, and are expected to sell out in minutes, or even seconds as the first wave on London gigs did.
This will hopefully open up the possibility of other cities around the UK getting a taste of Spice Mania. If the demand is there it could also lead to other venues around the US and the rest of the world being scheduled.
The huge (and seemingly ever growing) world tour kicks off on December 2nd in Vancouver, Canada and if you haven’t got tickets already, you’re out of luck as it’s now sold out everywhere.

Despite the name retention, Led Zep hasn’t existed for a very long time. Would a get-together between Macca, Starr, and Harrison - in 1982 - have been labeled as a Beatles reunion? No.
